How do I book an experience?
Find an experience, choose your date, time and number of participants, then pay a small deposit securely online. You will receive instant confirmation by email.
Do I pay the full amount upfront?
Usually you pay a deposit to reserve your spot, with the balance due on the day of the activity. The exact amounts are shown clearly before you pay.
How do I find my booking?
Use the “Find my booking” page and enter your booking reference (e.g. TM-2026-ABC123) from your confirmation email.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation terms depend on the operator and are shown on each experience. Contact us if you need help with a change.
Are payments secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and your card details never touch our servers.
